Love the vibe of this place! The open concept is really cool. The grilled cheese with bacon was yummy. Their burgers did not disappoint as well. The fountain ginger beer and homemade pickles are my favorite! Overall I really enjoyed this place. The only downside is there is not enough seating inside or outside. I think they should add a couple more tables outside to accommodate the crowds. I will definitely be back!

I stopped into The Melt after a relaxing day up in the mountains, hoping to find something that would finish off the day just perfectly. I chose The Melt because I saw a photo of their Mac Daddy sandwich; grilled cheese with macaroni and cheese and bacon in it. I also decided to order the Cheddar Bacon Fries because they looked delicious.

Winner, Winner, Cheesy dinner!! If you love cheese, this is the place for you. This is a casual, order at the counter restaurant. They have no alcohol and beverages are cans and bottles. Menu items revolve around cheese. This is elevated food that’s fast. There is so much to like about this place.

I’ve been to the new Palladio restaurant twice now, one for takeout lunch and once for dine in dinner. Grilled cheese and tomato soup was a perfect lunch, really tasty and reasonably priced. Steak and cheese sandwich was a lot like a Philly cheesesteak grilled cheese and was very good. Fries were seasoned and hit, milkshake was thick and creamy. Staff has been friendly and efficient. Overall really satisfied with the new dining option at Palladio.

Ive never done a review in my life good or bad but I couldnt sleep last night so heres one: was excited to try this place, I shouldve turned around and left as soon as I walked in because of the bad service, but I still was willing to give it a try, so I stayed and dined in, Food was horrible, they didnt even try on my burger, sodas are nasty, youre better off eating at mcdonalds, at least with mcdonalds their service may be bad but their food is good. Pick a struggle Melt and lets not be bad at both.
