Taco Bell does not want your cash! They no longer take orders at the register, you have to order on a kiosk and send it to the register at the counter where you have to wait for somebody to finally come and ring you up. They turned off the indoor menu board off so you can’t even look at that you can only look at it on the kiosk. I am very disappointed in this new card only culture that they are instituting in their restaurants. Very poor business decisions it’s very off putting! The person that came to the counter didn’t even know how to ring me up and the drawer did not pop open to give me change, I had to wait for somebody to come with a key to open the register so I could get my change. Otherwise the food was good. I will not be returning to the inside, in fact not even sure if I’m going to patronize this restaurant anymore.

I stopped in for lunch today to get a Fiesta Veggie Burrito, which is my favorite vegetarian option on the menu. I went inside to order. The store is newly updated. The kiosk is braille friendly. I liked the ease of ordering on the kiosk, but the staff did not greet me and other customers were mostly unnoticed. My order was ready quickly, so that was a plus.

I had to clear this up and get rid of a star . 2-star review was a month ago. The Stillwater Taco Bell is a Strong 1 star, possibly no star. Managers should be ashamed to allow a bathroom to look like the portapotty after a Metallica concert in July. You can’t serve food 50 feet from that. And there’s no soap. The employees are not washing their hands. I shouldn’t assume buy it’s tough not to. Somebody needs to yellow tape that place off before somthing bad happens
