Service was lacking. Nobody behind the counter greeted us (two ladies), but the gentleman eating his pizza finally did greet us. Which was confusing since he was someone eating. One girl stood there while the other one took care of the one person in front of us. Finally the guy eating pizza got up, washed his hands, and corrected the other employees mistakes and then started our order. Overall our visit wasn’t super fast at all as they claim. I do understand it’s a new location. Wish them the best but the pre frozen meats isn’t my thing. But my son did enjoy watching the pizza cook in the oven.

We really enjoy this location, as there is better parking and the interior is laid out much better than the other Temple location. The food seems to be served more quickly, as well. My only complaint is that it is so freaking cold in the restaurant you could hang meat in there. I get that the employees are probably warm because of their proximity to the pizza oven but there is still no reason for the restaurant to be as cold as it is. I mean, we are freezing even when we wear a jacket or sweater inside. When the weather is pleasant, we’ll eat on the small patio area. Unfortunately, that’s not possible when it’s raining or during most of June – September when outside temps are sweltering.

Their Italian salad is THE BEST. I add bell peppers and roasted garlic. I get the Dominic pizza as well and then my husband and I split the bounty. Thank God for my very good friend and having him mention their finishing sauces. The basalmic fig was mind blowing. The no name cakes….I got a free one for downloading the app!….were really good. They have wine and beer too! A place after my heart for sure.

Ordered pizza for my wife, daughter, and myself. After burning my pizza the attempted to remake it without looking at the order (receipt). They just remade it by looking at what had been burned. After not getting it right a second time they offered to remake it again (after a long wait for the second one). When asked for a refund, the girls behind the counter put it off on someone else so they didn’t have to do it.

I’ve tried MOD pizza in other places and it’s been ok. This new location in Temple was dirty. They had a crew of 3 people and not a lot of customers at the time I went in and the tables, floor, and garbage stations were disgusting. In fact I cleaned my own table which was the least dirty. I think there is definitely room for improvement and this new location of MOD pizza can be great with a little more coordination.

This is the location i recommend in temple! The everything is night and day compare to the other one. They did a fabulous job tonight! Very team oriented. Everyone had a job! Friendly! Cleaned tables frequently! I loved it!

They need a grown up to manage this store. No one knows what to do and the do it half way. Line out the door while the girls chat. No one is doing the doe or refilling the pizza toppings. Very slow, unorganized. Pizza isn’t as good as the Mod store on 31st Street. The pizza crust seems less than. Never again. I will drive farther to the better tasting and better managed store. For this experience I paid 20 bucks small pizza.
