Bad customer service, I understand that the card reader was making it very difficult for Apple Pay but they should had offered something free for the inconvenience. There was a line in the lobby and customers leaving. One of the employees mentioned that the card reader goes down every now and then. I work in the hospitality industry, when I inconvenience a guest I offer 10 dollars F&B , free BK, items from the Market something.

HORRIBLE service and they are consistent at it. There is nothing “ready” in their “Hot and Ready” motto. Walked in asked for the regular Hot and Ready. He told me 1:30 sec wait and charges me for Extramost. Told him I want the regular classic he says okay, that will be 7 minutes. Goes back and makes the pizza. Have the freaking pizzas made and in the oven at LEAST. I walked in, there wasn’t a body in the store or people waiting. No pizzas in the waiting bin or in the online oven portal. This has happened more times than I can remember. I highly DO NOT reccomend Decatur Little Cesars
