Food was fine. Service was slow. Lots of customers with like not enough cooks. You can see cooks making food. Cooks was on spot, just needed more helping hands for faster service. Not much option in terminal 7 so this is likely the best option… at least it was for me. ♂️

One of the food options located inside Terminal 7 of JFK. If I had to do it over again I would choose something different! First, when I completed my order on the prompter the lady and gentleman just sat there and didn’t move. I looked at them sheepishly for about a good 5-minutes then I made an inquiry about my drink (requested ice in a separate cup). When my food came my fries were warm and hard. Which was weird as I thought it came fresh out the fryer. I suspect it was refried to give the hot affect or maybe the next couple received those fresh batch fries. Then my chicken sandwich cutlet was also warm not hot. For a dinner option-non fast food establishment, the quality didn’t hold up to the $20 meal price tag.

Okay burgers with an easy ordering system on touch screens where you choose your burger and the rest of the filling. There was a bit of a wait (10-20 minutes) when there were less than 10 people before us which you might not expect from something that resembles a fast food place, so just keep in mind in regards to your boarding time. I had the chicken sandwich which was fine but a bit dry and the horseradish was quite overpowering. Their lemonade is amazing though!

Waited 30 mins to order then nearly 1 hour to collect. Got the order wrong we ended up having to stuff our food in quickly and run for the final call of our flight. Unbelievably slow and unapologetic for it too.

Service was terrible the server had an attitude problem as soon as I asked to use cash to place an order, then she complained that she couldn’t hear me when I was placing my order but this is because the whole time she had her headphones in.

Avoid if you can. Worst service ever. Girl ignored us for the first 5 minutes standing talking to her college then stood with her headphones in. When we give the order she said speak uk because she could hear us. She had her headphones in so maybe she should have took them out instead of us having to speak up. Burger was stone cold. Not one bit of warmth. And missing topping when I asked where they were they ran out but didn’t bother to tell me when I ordered. Rude staff and rubbish burger. Give it a miss

All orders took an extremely long time because the staff are openly congregating with one another and are joking and singing to loud music while standing around. My order took 40 minutes and the burger was cold. Completely unprofessional and in an airport where folks have very limited time, completely unacceptable.

Shout out to the staff here on June 8, 2023. They were overwhelmed but doing their best to serve customers as fast as possible and with courtesy! I also noticed how nicely they treated each other too, head cook reassuring the server who was getting overwhelmed and discouraged by the long line of folks waiting. Great job guys (and gal)! I only had a beer but the food smelled tempting!

Burger was sub par for airport food, but adequate. Service not bad, food came quick enough. A couple cooks started brawling in the back while we were eating which was really fun to witness. Overall 3 stars
