This is the only chipotle we have, but it leaves a lot to be desired. They are constantly out of something, most of the times it’s one of the proteins, fajita, corn, and chips. It comes down to them not preparing enough, and is absolutely controlable. As a leader who runs restaurants and convenient store, this is something well within the control of the store manager. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I walked in a few days ago, and stood there at the front of the line. No one greeted or even acknowledged me, there were about 7 people working behind the counter with no sense of urgency. 3 times I’ve been to Cheyenne location & they are out of products that they had for online orders only & management was terrible to multiple customers. I have never experienced that at any other location. That was the last chance. I complained to corporate just now. I have never complained about any company in my 50 years of life!

This place is an embarrassment truly. Went during dinner time and they were out of 2 of the items I wanted. If I knew that I would have not driven halfway across town and would have went to Qdoba. The pico was spicy as heck too!! The staff just kept saying “we didn’t prep enough” that is lazy. You have been opened for years in Cheyenne you should know your peak days and hours. Waste of money spent, staff should have enough food to feed paying customers spending 40 bucks for food…..won’t be back, won’t recommend. This place should be shut down from no complying with what they state they offer on their website!

I go in to get a burrito and they are “out” of corn so I’m okay with it until I see the girl go into the storage under the food and get a nice scoop of corn for a online order. What’s the difference between online and in person? So rude considering one scoop for a PAYING customer is gonna cost them. The females are always in foul moods and are disrespectful every time I go in. Always with hopes it will be better. The stores closed half the time due to “staff issues” yet when I go in there’s at least 4 heads just on the front line alone. I’ve seen truly busy stores in big city’s operate with less staff and more people coming in the door.

Very frustrating that this place runs out of staple items at 5 pm and doesn’t care. The workers could care less that they have barely anything available and will blatantly say they’re out when there’s hours left until the restaurant closes. It’s pure laziness. I’ve had them say they’re short staffed when I asked why they’re always out of things, yet workers are standing around doing nothing. This store needs better management. And this wasn’t a one time incident it was the 5th.

What has happened to this Chipotle? After 6pm they are out of everything. They were out of white rice, steak, guacamole, and chips. Then, I found a bug in my lettuce. Yep, a bug. Also, none of the tables were clean and both trashcans were overflowing. Don’t think I’ll be going there again anytime soon.

Lol turn around now, unless you like your burrito/food served with a side of huge disappointment or not even served at all. I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt for a couple of years now and each time it’s been very inconsistent. I’d say 25% HIT 75% MISS. Here’s a list of flaws.
