I haven’t tried this in years since it first came out ! It was really good ! I went today and everything looked OLD ! They give you a lil bit of meat lol Chipotle’s give you more and they are stingy with meat! I was so disappointed. It don’t taste the same . I’m mad i wasted $20 on flavorless food .

Guy serving me #Pause, seemed to be new, several times I had to repeat what I wanted but this wasn’t really a issue. My issue is the food portion I received even after asking if I could have a little more. They need smaller bowls if these are the portions they serve. I feel disrespected ordering with a man appetite and receiving a kids meal. I almost walked out but was too hungry

Not recommending. My husband got half scoop of rice and cold steak, I got three scoops of rice but then 3 fajita vegetables in my veggie bowl and so much lime juice in my food as well. All the dressings were almost out and the prep says really needs cleaned.

Update 01/07/23 They have great fresh food and get you through the line quickly. I really like the options on the menu. Today the bag of chips was 90% crushed and better as trash than eating.

Food was good. Older female server was rude. Please teach your employees good customer service. A smile goes a long way if a customer takes the time to come into your restaurant. You want them to come back.

I stopped in this Hot headz location a couple months ago and the food fair so I thought I would try it again and boy was I highly disappointed ordered the Three amigos chicken tacos between the three tacos there may have been one tablespoon of some kind of meat I don’t know what it was but I’m sure it wasn’t chicken I was taught to never say but it’s safe to say I will never try Hot heads again
