Three of the four mozarella sticks had opened up in the fryer and this was very visible when put in the little sack. There were also other unknown fried pieces in the sack stuck to the cheese that had come out of the mozzarella sticks.

Fix your headsets. Ridiculous. Tried to order and whoever tried taking the order kept repeating and repeating, when I raised my voice assuming they couldn’t hear I was told the individual was “training”. I ran my own store that’s not and excuse. There’s always a manager listening they should have been helping. French toast sticks is not anywhere close to mozzarella fools.

Everytime we place an order either by the App , at a stall or go through the drive through our order is always wrong or messed up in some shape or form. The quality of the food served there has gone down. It seems to us the the management and staff working at this Sonic location in Coolidge Az just doesn’t care about the quality of the food or the service that is being provided to the community of Coolidge Az

I ordered medium popcorn chicken combo ocean water a m&m blast and Chilli cheese fries. At the drive thru they cut me off before i finished ordering. When i got to the window they had to ask me what i order twice because i corrected them on what i wanted. When i got my food i got zero fries to my combo meal, and there was only m&ms sprinkled on the top of the blast. The workers were rude and talked to me like a child and still managed to not get my order right.
