This location I was told was better than the next. We arrived and was promptly seated. The staff was pleasant. I had ordered my breakfast and requested the breakfast be slightly toasted and it came burnt beyond recognition. Before the plate was placed on the table i promptly requested a replacement. It was replaced immediately. Nice atmosphere. The bathroom was also clean.

Came here around 9am and there was a 20 minute wait but it went by fast. Service is very efficient and food served quickly. You can start off with cup of hot coffee first while waiting and then pay for it together with your bill after you get a table. Server is good with topping off your coffee at the table. Food is standard breakfast items and everything tasted good. Definitely a spot locals come too because many of the servers knew the customers by name.

oh my God, this breakfast is so good. never have I thought I could get so much lobster on a Benedict for such a reasonable price. the food here is amazing and the prices are somehow reasonable despite the amazing food. the atmosphere and decorations here is also amazing, as well as the service you get. if I ever go to Hyannis again, I am 100% going here again.

The menu had a wide selection of breakfast options. I tried the French Toast with fresh berries and it did not disappoint. The place is small but they were able to accommodate our large group of 10. Would come back again

Was here on vacation and my son and grandson came down from Plymouth to take us to breakfast. Fantastic service. All food was fresh and at the right temperature. Something for everyone. And my son says their coffee is the best. The only negative is the bathroom smell due to the Cape Cod septic system. You don’t smell it in the dining area or anything. I’m sure they are well aware and can’t do anything about it anyway. This is a busy place. If you aren’t there within first hour of opening you will likely wait a bit. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Counter seats are first come first serve. No holding tables. Your whole party must be present
