I guess they didn’t appreciate our $9 tip on a carryout order. They lost our $58 order, and made my mother cry thinking you stole from her. I worked for Papa John’s as a General Manager, and would have never treated a customer the way we were treated. It’s one thing to just not care, it’s another to get tipped for it.

Stood here for over 10 mins before I was even acknowledged, phone rang and rang none stop.. I understand heavy workload and understaffed, but we need to at least acknowledge customers coming in the door. If there is a long wait or a big order in front of me then it needs to be stated so I can take my business elsewhere… finally placed my order and a 20min wait for a medium cheese pizza turned into a 35 min wait…. after the 10 mins of me standing in front of them playing invisible man..

Got food poisoning after eating a pepperoni pizza. Parts of the pizza tasted like cleaning products and I ordered around 9pm so they weren’t closing anytime soon. This location has gone down in quality over the past 2-3 years and will only get worse if they continue this way. The delivery drivers have been very nice and seem respectful still but food quality is not good and that comes from management.

Didn’t receive pizza after a hour called and they did not have a driver. So instead of calling to let us know they let our pizza sit there. Then we had to pick it up and barely got a discount and did not get money back from tipping the delivery driver. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

Just ordered a cheese pizza from them as well as some sauces and other items. The most important detail is the fact that the pizza is cheese because we have a vegetarian with us who can’t have meat. What we received was a pepperoni pizza (the box’s label says cheese as well as the rest of my order) so it wasn’t the drivers fault. It’s not the end of the world but it’s unfortunate that someone in our group can’t have pizza now.

I ordered a pizza (can’t remember what) a week ago an hour ahead but when I arrived it wasn’t even in the oven yet! I thought “Okay, that’s fine.
