Food is cooked good. $2 beefy melt burritos are so full and it’s not just tortilla. The only issue I’ve had here is terrible front desk service. If we would of waited, we would of been there all day. There was no acknowledgement that we even existed to the staff that worked there. Had to use the kiosk to order food. My food was handed to me without a have a nice day or nothing. So if u do go here, Use the drive thru.

this is the best taco bell i have been to in a long time. the associates were very friendly and took care of us very well. they made sure that to food was fresh and brought it out to us even. They were a great team and worked together. great job and of course great food as well!

Ordered on the app. Got there 3 cars in front of me in line. Waited 15 mins in line for those 3 to order then sat at the speaker waiting to be helped for several minutes. Told them I had a mobile or and pulled around. At the window they ask me to pull around and they will bring it out. All 3 cars that ordered before me are all sitting and waiting too. They were clearly making no effort to hand food out the window, just having everyone pull around and wait another 10-15 mins for them to bring it out. Never once an apology for the wait or anything. Somewhat shocking to be honest. Waited a total of 30 minutes for 2 soft tacos.

So… today my father went thru the drive thru. Upon arriving home my stepmother recieved 4 overcooked soft tacos instead of 4 soft taco supremes. She tried to call but they didn’t answer. I walked up to the store to address the issue. They were really busy. The manager asked “would you like to order?” I replied “yes, but I have an issue. Pleasently, the food was corrected. She was obviously training and I wanted to make sure she knew someone noticed the job they were doing.

I gave it one star because I had to,to be able to leave this comment. I arrived at 11:30. Just before noon. Doors are locked. Why did they do away with dine in? We work construction and would prefer sitting down to eat on our lunch break. Any idea if they plan on reopening for dining in?

I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce. There wasn’t extra red sauce and the beans were hard and separated. It was obviously old refried beans. I was the only one in line so I can’t imagine there was a rush.

You can’t get anyone to take your order!! In the last 6 months I have literally driven off cause they won’t take your order. Tonight I saw 3 cars drive away without ordering. I waited 7 to 8 min. And she still wasn’t ready to take my order.
