I returned today, Wow can I say from the service to the quantity and quality of the food did a 180 from the last time I was here. I give y’all 5 stars today. The young lady who took my order thru the drive thru was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me the bread options when ordering. I didn’t even know I had options. The meal with sandwich and scoop was proportionate to the cost I paid. Thank you so much!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Today I ordered The Chick with the Carol sandwich on white not toasted with lettuce and tomato and a scoop of fruity Fran it is so good!!!

I know prices have been going up, but nearly $30 for 2 plates was so unexpected. We waited at the drive thru ordering point for 15 minutes before they were able to take our order. Everything was faster after that, but at that point it doesn’t really matter if you’re inside or in the drive thru. The food was good, just can’t justify spending so much again

Used coupon recd in the mail for a free sandwich or scoop. First time customer and very happy with quality of food. I had the pimento cheese and a pasta salad. Kiara provided perfect customer service over the phone and inside when I picked it up.

My family and I ate here for the first time today and if I could give this location 1000 stars I certainly would! The staff and service were amazing! The young man at the cash register who’s name tag said ” in training was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu I’d have never known he was still in training. The food was absolutely delicious!!! We ordered the Fancy Nancy on Croissant, and the Jalapeño Holly also on a croissant. The Fancy Nancy was so darn good I could Not get enough and the Jalapeño Holly was so good, mild with just a hint of kick. For our sides we all got the grape salad and let me tell you it is almost sinful it is so good!!!! Oh, and you Must try the refreshing Watermelon tea while they have it!! We will absolutely be back again and again as I think I may be addicted!!! Pricing is very reasonable and the decor is calming and very tea time garden like … very quaint!! We now Love this place and can not wait to return to try another chicken salad creation!!! Please check them out

We had our dog with us and asked if we could eat on the patio. They said sure so we had a very nice lunch alfresco! The staff are so friendly and the food was great! They even brought our pup a few slices of bacon so Trixie gives this place five paws

I wasn’t sure when this place opened whether I would like it or not. WOW I can’t wait to return!! I came on a Saturday for lunch and seriously wanted to eat it for dinner. On Sunday I really wanted it again for lunch (seriously it’s that good) but sadly they’re closed.

They Refused to take my order because they were closing in 5 minutes, I had to pull up to the window and wait an additional 3 mins, where a guy kept looking at me, making ridiculous faces, when i went to take a picture he turned around…. Finally a girl named Erin comes to the window and says they are closed, it’s still not 8 at this point, but had they just taken my very small order, I would of been in and out before 8pm! Why post y’all are closing at 8 if you actually close earlier. Bad business. Rude employees. I would stay clear away from here, clearly they make enough money and don’t need customers.

I love chicken salad chick but this experience was BAD! They couldn’t hear us at the window! Were out of lemonade! Made both sandwiches with tomato and lettuce when we only asked for one! And didn’t give us a cookie with our meals! Never coming to this location in burleson!!

Went to get something quick to eat & wasn’t disappointed! My food came out super fast, had great portion sizes, & was most importantly delicious! Restaurant was nice & clean, & the girl who took my order (I believe her name was jilian) was also very nice!
