I’m so satisfied with the food and service at Waikele KFC. The newly renovated fast food restaurant is awesome, neat, sanitary, and very clean. It’s would be a wonderful place to just hang around and eat, meeting business acquaintance. family and friends unplanned dine in brunch or dinner. There’s drive Tru or very fresh and delicately done carry out food. There are ample parkings available most especially for handicap people. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the food combination selections. After ordering a family meal, I ordered a very nutritious reasonable price box meal. Thanks, KFC STAFF. we enjoyed our Sunday Brunch

I thought after one bad order I’d give these guys another try. Ordered an 8pc meal with 2 large sides. Confirmed my two sides as mashed potatoes and cole slaw. What I got is something totally different. I got gravy I’ll give them that much but I am sitting at the table with chicken strips Mac & Cheese and a chicken bowl. After trying three times to reach anyone at the restaurant I am resorting to putting this in writing instead. Please get organized and READ out the order as you’re putting it together. I would hate for another family of four to sit down to dinner with the wrong order AGAIN.

I enjoy KFC. I like the sides, the chicken can be great, and the sauces are different than other fast food chains. At this location I have experienced dryer than typical popcorn chicken and tenders. Not terrible, but not what I expect from this chain.

Customer service left a lot to be desired with the amount of time we had to wait in line, and the worst part of the visit was that the AC was not working and it felt like a sauna inside. If your lobby is open, the AC not working should be a major priority to get fixed. They also had no ice and no white meat. Wow. What is this manager getting paid for?! Lastly, they offer bottled water because the AC is broken, but you think they are being nice to their customers for the inconvenience, but they are charging for the water. I mean you have no ice and the AC is not working and you can’t even give out complimentary water. Take a look at the pictures I added. These were hands down the smallest legs I have ever gotten at KFC. How is the chicken tender bigger than the chicken leg, and the pack of sauce is essentially the same size considering most of the leg is the bone. Never going back to this KFC.

We got there at opening time. The tables were not cleaned. There was bits of food and wet spots on the tables and chairs. Obviously not sanitary. Food was okay, but won’t be returning there any time soon

Great establishment just make sure to check your order before you leave. A few times they have made mistakes simple things like asking for mixed but then you get all original or vice versa. The few time the made it correct had to check again because they gave me a mix of thighs and legs and a bunch of legs, ordered a 8 piece got 2 legs and 2 thighs in original and gotten 4 legs of crispy. 8 out of 10 times they messed up my order. Just check and double check.
