They need to shut this Popeyes down! There’s always an issue here rather that’s the food being undercooked or given strange pieces of chicken! Rey and Stephanie are the managers here and they don’t care. They don’t wear hairnets when cooking or serving the food here! Please stay far away from this Popeyes! If I could give them zero stars I would!

The lady at the window was rude and kinda weird. Was told 7 minutes for a chicken sandwich and nuggets proceeded to get pulled up along with 5 other cars. Waited roughly 15 minutes, then the back door pops open and here comes 3 bags of food… waited until everyone’s food was ready to bring out… thought that was stupid bring it out fresh? Or don’t pull cars up ♀️ why work in fast food if y’all slow?

Been coming to Popeyes for years. The other day they tried charging me for 1 sauce packet. So my chicken sandwich just comes dry? Would not let me even have ketchup. Every other fast food place gives 2 sauces for free then start charging. Went to this location 2 weeks ago and they practically let me try every single sauce, they were really friendly too, this time not the case.

We dined in and got two chicken sandwiches and nuggets. First they don’t have high chairs, second we waited 20 plus minutes for the chicken nuggets. When we finally got our food I didn’t get my fries I got rice and what looked like gravy. When I mixed the rice and “gravy” looked like chopped up puke honestly. Completely lost my appetite.

The only negative I have is that I don’t particularly like popeyes biscuits, but that’s it. The chicken, the mashed potatoes, and the fries are all delicious. I’ve had the sandwich before, which is also delicious. Their best item was the chocolate beignets, which were limited time. I wish it was a permanent part of the menu, as it was divine. Today, when I went a little after noon, they were busy with the lunch rush, and it seemed like they didn’t have enough employees to cover it. The person at the register was getting stressed and running to get things done. At the same time people were complaining but I felt bad for him. It’s not like he was not working. He was literally running and doing multiple things at a time. I don’t know his name, but he deserves a lot of praise. It is not easy in any industry that deals with customer service. He did well, and food takes time to cook. People only have 2 hands, so people should realize the necessity of being patient.

The chicken tender strips are never crispy enough. It has good flavor, though. The biscuits are not soft. The mac n cheese is delicious and the mashed potatoes and gravy are good.

The service was horrible. They didn’t listen when we placed the order, and when we finally got the food right, we went home, and it was burnt, and the chicken we thought was right was still wrong. We will never go there again.
