Owned and staffed by incredible, humble and hospitable people. It’s obvious they care about all of their customers – first-timers to regulars. You don’t see that often. Prices are more than fair, drink service is on point and the quality of the food is above average. I’m a wings, steak tips, chowder and seafood guy – they don’t disappoint. With all the factory seasonal restaurants – get em in, get em out type, these guys are the cozy local pub. Highly recommend it.

Very pleasant, fun to go to pub eatery in Wells, Maine. I had the chicken parmesan sub with Allagash white beer. Excellent food (lots) and drink! Waitresses were friendly and easy to talk to. Very caring. The couple next to me had the Nachos plate, and I swear I could not see around it! Such a big plate! I would definitely recommend this one.

Looking forward to a nice drink and meal for the start of our weekend and not being from the area, was pleased to find 3 interesting beers on the menu I had not had before and wished to have a sample of each to know which would be palatable but was told by the bartender only one sample was permitted. No way to compare so chose one and had a nice meal served by a friendly and attentive waitress then went to order another 16 oz. beer but in a different mug that had more room for a head. The bartender must have taken offence as she felt the need to come to our table, disturb our meal and make a very uncomfortable scene concerning the size of the mug. it was a very disappointing and unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Unfortunately this place is no longer a highly anticipated destination for our semi-annual Wells Beach excursions. If the bartender had simply just given the 3 oz. of samples and the second beer in the requested mug without causing a scene this review would have been 5 stars and we would have continued to be happy repeat customers.
