Inconsistent quality and no attention to details of order. Horrible. One wagyu burger was medium rare, one was burned. Ask for no onions on wraps or burgers, they leave them on anyway. And food that is supposed to be served hot is tepid or cold. For what we are paying for food these days, it should be good. Quality ingredients, attention to detail and hot. Get your act together or bring the prices down to match your slop-and-go mentality.

One sandwich was made incorrectly, had lettuce when it wasn’t supposed to even be on it. Ordered two different sliders, got two of the same. I’d recommend you have them repeat your order, but since we got food with items that don’t even come on the sandwich, I recommend the staff get some extra training on new menu items.

Another example on why fast food workers don’t deserve $15 an hour. I was polite, I made it clear I didn’t want sauce on my sandwich, the person repeated the order correctly. Yet I get home and there is sauce on my sandwich. Worthless humans.

Incredibly bad experience. Employees touching food with bare hands. 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries, took 23 minutes from when the order was placed. Isn’t it supposed to be fast food?I asked the manager to cancel the order and refund and he said he would need district manager approval to issue a refund. It got worse from there. Gave me dm name and number. When I called the number, it said the phone number is disconnected. Very disappointing service.
