Seaside Panda is never good and they don’t keep up with the cooking. I usually go Monterey. The last few times have been bad service and sitting food. Tonight I went to try once more. I got there a little after 7 and they closed at 8. There was nothing and they said they stopped cooking because their only chef had to leave early. Terrible and I am done

Ordered on Uber eats. No option to add things like soy or hot mustard. My 2 item plate was missing an item completely. The greens I ordered were extremely limited. Veggie spring rolls did not come with the sauce. The portions were very small (seemed below the standard portion size). I am only writing this in hopes a manager reads this so they can correct some of these issues.

I have never experience such an unpleasant visit at panda. Please spend more time training your staff. No customer service etiquette. Showed incompetence work ethic, they work too slow and I know portion control is important but 5-6 small piece of chicken is unacceptable.

Today at 6:42 my husband went to order the family meal and when I served the worst chow mien it seemed as if they gave us the leftovers because the noodles were cut into small pieces and big and I mean big chunk of onion it wasn’t cut at all. My kids said found big chunks of onion too. It seemed the person that had to cut the onion was very very lazy and did not care about the customers. What a disappointment!!

Not fresh. Food must sit a lot. And there were items missing that needed to be cooked. No wonder i was sent coupons. No one wants to go here. The Salinas location is much better. Fresh food and plenty of it.

If I could 0 stars I would. Avoid this location at all cost. I don’t expect a lot from Panda Express but every single time I order or some one I know orders, the order is always missing items. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered chicken teriyaki only to be given no teriyaki sauce on the chicken or on the side. This location should close. There’s literally a receipt that lists what the order is. It’s not that hard!! I work in the food industry and get it can be stressful etc but every single time is ridiculous.

Not a good experience. Completely understaffed! Just had to wait for napkins (after I paid) for several minutes (dispenser was out) … but they just kept ringing up the register. While the staff is trying, they are very much in need of help !!

Most of the time through out the day if you go here it will be good. When I usually go here it is hit or miss. I get off late and if I’m lucky I can make it to panda by 730. Arrived at 725 to place my order at the counter and almost everything was out. They had like 3 items available and fried rice. The items left were almost gone as well. I asked about chow mein and was informed no more would be made. Why stay open until 8 if your going to stop having food ready before then? I ordered a couple items for my wife and went and grabbed a burger elsewhere. Dont bother going to panda an hour before they close, they will start running out of things and not make more. Maybe they should close at 7 instead of 8. I don’t understand why they have issues with always running out of food, they don’t even stay open as late as other pandas in the area. This panda is on Alvarado street, the main night life downtown of Monterey. And they close early at 8, but also stop making food well before that. ????????
