You only get 2 stars because the Pad Thai was good. Please don’t have piles of trash in the middle of the floor. Also, your cashier should not be handling money at the register AND preparing food, that’s gross. If you’re going to have an open kitchen, damn we’ll make sure it’s clean. 2 stars is being generous.

My friend and I arrived around 9 pm and were told by a cashier that they were only taking to-go orders and that the entire dining room and outside tables were closed. This location closes at 10 so this was obviously false. We let the manager know that the cashier was telling this to customers and suggested that she talk to him and she didn’t seem to care.

At 9:15 the cashier was telling everyone in line that we could not dine in. The restaurant closes at 10:00. This was because they did not want to clean more tables. Andrea the manager allowed this. People walked out because of this. Won’t come back. Employees don’t give a you-know-what.

I ordered from here through Uber Eats. I always order the same thing and it was delicious, however I think there was mold in the pasta? The spaghetti in the Alfredo MontAmore had spots on it which I’ve never seen before and definitely concerned me.

I will never eat at this location of Noodles and Company ever again. When I went in there I watched the kitchen staff use a dirty rag to wipe the counter and then the pans in which they cook the food. The sanitation in that place is disgusting.
