Service was okay. Food was good. Mac n cheese was a little cold but the other food was warm. Lady preparing our order would grab all of the food without gloves. Floors and tables needed to be cleaned. The floor was very slippery like if the entire area was coated in oil. ♀️ overall 2/5

Ordered food and waited 20 minutes, the guy at the drive thru said they were making it “fresh” but when we got home it was obviously just re heated fries that were chewy and super dark fish and we didn’t even get the chicken we ordered.

When, after waiting 30 minutes for a 16 piece meal with 4 sides, promised in 15 minutes my son got out of the car just as their employee exited with our order. I had my son check to make sure we received our order with the tartar sauce we requested. No tartar sauce. I waved at the employee and said “Ma’am we are missing the sauces we requested. That’s it. A few moments later a manager or shift leader brought the sauce out to us and said his employee was scared to come out with it because my son and I cursed her out. Never happened. Never would. I pointed out I raised my son beside me and asked if he had ever heard me curse in my life. No he said. Dad does not curse, period. I have many who have known me personally and professionally for over 60 years, and not one of them could ever say they heard me curse, to anyone, anytime, ever.

It seems that around dinner time, they never have fish and state that only the KFC side is running. Many customers turn away based on this issue. Customer service is poor, rude attendants that are just goofing around and acting unprofessional for a restaurant. This KFC/Long John Silver could make so much money, if they would change out their lazy staff and get some people willing to work hard.

I came here around 8:30 and the lobby was closed. I thought that was strange since they don’t close until 10. The girl taking the order through the drive-through was standoffish right off the bat. When we got to the window, she seemed to be in a hurry, and we weren’t even able to ask for condiments because she had us pull around. When she gave us our food, we asked her for sweet and sour, and she said they didn’t have any, so we asked for ketchup, and she rolled her eyes and went back inside. The food was not good. The chicken was very greasy, and I felt so sick right after.

Fish in both meals was thin & very dry . tossed the fish and finished the slaw& mashed potatoes.their going to have to kick it up a notch before I go back. Fish tasted like it had been seating under the heat lamp way too long.

Drive thru attendant told us it would take 30 min to make anything we ordered, we were the only ones there. 6:17 PM 6/3/23. When questioned how do you know if haven’t even taken our order, the attendant got hateful… Nope, Take your business somewhere else, we did, we won’t be back.
