Ordered & paid online. Waited 40 mins for its ready time. Go in & nothing in the online section. Stand in a corner for half an hour, employees won’t pay me no mind. Walk in customers get food before I get mine. Finally a customer asked if I’d been helped. I said no they won’t acknowledge me & I ordered online, it was to be ready 30 mins ago. That customer said heyy where’s this lady’s food? Then the employees finally started making it.

Ordered online for my mom. I went in to pick it up. None of the staff had hair nets on. A lady that was picking up an order said it was wrong & the young “person” with pink hair at the counter argued with her….until she pulled her receipt out & showed the young entitled hipster she was right. He then was extremely rude until another employee fixed it for her. Fire the flame top – entitlement is a disease & never ever argue with a customer. Won’t be back. 12/27/22 @ 17:45

They never let you order anything from here saying they don’t have it made… another any other location makes them fresh in front of you or lets you order it and pick it up no problem. When we order online and they my payment when I go to pick it up they say to pick something else since they didn’t have any made already. Childrens build your own, salads, pizzas and desserts!
