Disgusting food & service. Ordered the Po’boy, coleslaw, and Italian stallion sandwich via Grubhub. 20-30min… pushed out to 40-50…. Took 90min. Once delivered, the coleslaw was missing. And the po’boy described as “battered & fried shrimp topped with lettuce & tomato w/Russian dressing on a long roll” showed up as boiled shrimp, on toast, with the gnarliest romaine hearts. Italian sandwich was missing oil & vinegar, cheese, and pastrami. Called the restaurant and was informed “too F’ing bad” and hung up on. Classy.

Please save your money and don’t order from this place! I placed a small order and didn’t receive my food for over an hour and a half while it said it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. I ordered through GrubHub yet somehow got a notification from DoorDash that my food was being delivered. I then called the restaurant to inquire and the person that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Lastly, when the food arrived everything was mushy and cold. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again! Terrible customer experience!

I ordered on DoorDash, just for them to accept my order and then cancel when my driver arrived to pick it up. When I called to inquire as to why, no one would pick up the phone. Save your time and energy and do not order from this place.

I ordered from this establishment through a delivery service and it took two hours for me to get my food. I was told it would take 30-40 minutes. I had to call twice, once to ask if the driver was on their way, which I was told they were, and once to ask where the driver was. I was not given an apology, nor an explanation. The customer service is horrible and I do not appreciate it. With that being said, the food was delivered and it was hot and tasty.

I am a doordash driver in these hard days, trying to deliver goods for the customers safely and clean as possible. I needed to use restroom to wash my hands and fresh up but he didn’t let me use it. He said that MY BOSS DON’T LET YOU DO IT. What a shame for the humanity in these days. Feel so sad. Never come back as a driver or customer. Not good for business.

Convenient, however, you need to season the food. I purchased a grill chicken salad and the chicken had NO flavor what so ever. It needs McCormick, Lawry’s or at the least Adoba!
