I came to this location on my lunch break. I stood in the lobby, listening to the guy take the drive up orders, process his third order, while I hadn’t even been greeted. So I left and went through the drive through. The guy was annoyed I told him what sauce I wanted before I told him what drink. “That’s not the order i usually do it in” was his comment. Then didn’t even get my sauce. Took a bite of my sandwich and there was a hair in it. I’m so disappointed in this whole visit!

Man, I just spent like $12 for some nuggets, a biscuit and fries. My biscuit was rock solid and not even eat able, ANNNNND the nuggets were literally soaked in grease, soggy and greasy. If I’m going to over pay for food, i should be able to atleast eat it. It’d be cool if someone could reach out to me and make it right, tried calling an no one answers. Funny cause the manager literally gave me the food, and we had to pull around to the front, cause there was a wait, you’d think the wait would be because they are making fresh food, but nah, not at all. Spicy chicken sandwhich was very old chicken and was falling apart sauce on half the sandwich half all over the wrapper. KFC bucket was only legs. For being a newer location you would think they would be on top of it but it was so disappointing. Hope they raise the standards so my family can enjoy KFC again!
