Chef Chan’s has been very successfully serving the Spring and Woodlands area for over 40 years. We provide quality meals at reasonable prices with exemplary service.
We have operated the family business in the original location of Kuykendahl back in 1982 and the second location in Grogan’s Mill Shopping Center back in 1997. My grandfather, the original chef, was originally from New York. The restaurant in midtown New York was given 4 stars by food critic Raymond Sokolov in 1981. This place has some of the best Chinese food I tasted. Traveled the nation, and this one takes 1st place. Not just about the food, but the service is amazing, and the ambiance is warm and relaxed. Wonderful people with exceptional service. Pictured * Beef Broccoli and orange chicken, beef is tender and full of flavor. The food here is delicious. I got wonton soup, rice and sesame chicken. Excellent. The ambiance was delicate and polite and quiet. The staff are family members and provide an excellent customer experience. There’s regulars that seem to engage in conversation with the owner/servers often. This shows me mutual respect and meaningful relationships which is above and beyond most eating experiences. Small dining room which I also like.

We enjoy going to this restaurant. It’s a favorite in our neighborhood. The prices are very good and the food quality is fantastic. The food is always presented hot and has great flavor. The service is super. You are always treated with a smile. You are remembered and they remember your favorite meals when you go in. This is our only restaurant for Asian or Chinese cuisine in The Woodlands. Take out is always ready on time and hot.

Best food ever!! At times I stop by 2-3 times a week, but try to go at least once a week. It is the best food in The Woodlands! Staff is amazing and tentative. I get the Orange Chicken Extra Extra Spicy, it’s to die for! Please don’t ever close!!

Food is gross. Ordered General Tso’s tofu and Orange Chicken to go. Tofu was red with no flavor and a little sauce in bottom of dish. Orange Chicken was just fried chicken in sauce with not a hint of orange.

MADE ME SOOOO SICK!!!! THE CHICKEN LO MEIN. AND MY COWORKER GOT MONGOLIAN BEEF. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I COULD NOT KEEP ANYTHING DOWN. very nice people but terrible food. eggrolls raw everything inside of them and very thin grease on outside. overall terrible food.
