Had the mango chicken bowl. The good: large portion, and they don’t charge extra for guacamole. The bad: chicken was WAY overcooked, hardly any mango salsa and I almost wonder if they forgot the citrus lime vinaigrette. It was incredibly dry. I won’t be getting this again.

Even know I had an issue with my order I ordered a mini bowl and was missing all the toppings all It had was rice, beans, chicken, queso. I called and the lady on the phone was very friendly and offered to replace it or write me down for a replacement in the future. I opted to go back up there since only a mile down the road. They replaced my whole order which included chips and large queso! I only expected the mini bowl tbh. Thank you Dennis, ivanna, jak, and Rachell!

“Dirtiest Qdoba’s ever.” My sister said this as we left and a random guy walking by said “totally agree.” Watched a worker fix the trash bag and then scoop chips for people without gloves. Worker dropped my tortilla shell on another worker’s bare arm and just threw it on the counter. Food was getting mixed into other foods. Not to mention there were 6-7 on shift and it was slower than if I just planted black beans in my back yard and waited for tacos to grow. So it’s not even like they were just too busy to clean. No, they were just messy and slow. Only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 star is they were all really nice. Just messy and slow.

Ordered a steak fajita bowl from here. This is what i just picked off and took a photo of. There might be steak in this but GROSS! This looks like catfood!!! And the flavors that are supposed to be here for that good authentic flavor are not! FAIL! Not even good food for a night out of fasting. The rice and black beans are the only thing semi-edible and i just spent my last 20 bucks on thia garbage.

Received this clumpy rice from uber eats and crumbled up chips instead of tortilla strips. NO THANK YOU. Worst qdoba in grand Rapids. Go to the one in alpine. It’s a much better operation.

This is one of the only doba’s I’ll eat at. lol it may look a little disheveled when you first walk-in/get in line but they are not skimpy on the portions which I always appreciated.
