So I order here quite a bit! Actually a lot, however I called to inform that they had left off some sauces that I had paid for. This was met with immediate argument, which I will say I was wrong about the extra pizza sauce, however, not about the additional sauces for which I paid and the reason that I get papa John’s as opposed to others in the first place. Poor attitude and poor customer service from someone I’ve never dealt with.

Ordered two papadias by phone. One was a Philly and the other one was a special order of meat, cheese, and onions. The special paradia came with a lot of red sauce which was not requested. When I called and talked to the manager she basically told me” tough luck ” we put sauce on all of them. I told her that my wife did not want red sauce and we had to throw it away. She refused to even replace the item the way it was requested. I can’t believe that Papa John’s would hire and retain an employee with this kind of attitude towards a customer for such a trivial thing. Papa John’s has just lost a long time customer because of her poor judgment and attitude. Her indiscretion cannot be excused or tolerated. By the way the manager never did respond to this review. Apparently the manager approves of these kind of employees.

I have always liked papa John’s over any other pizza it’s a treat when we do get Papa John’s simply because it is a little more expensive . I’m glad they finally came out with the Pizza Bowls I’m not a fan of pizza bread at all . Today was the first time I ordered the Pizza Bowl . I love the way it is packaged a lot better than others I’ve had it’s a lot better contained. However I am not happy with the amount that we received I measured a cup and a half of toppings . For the Same Price Marco’s pizza Offers the same thing and Basically Double maybe triple the amount of toppings. We are able to turn it into two meals and we are completely full after eating. There is not a lot of toppings with these bowls as other places offer more.
