This chain is a go-to for a steak and egg burrito. They are fast and great, but the steak and eggs are not consistently good. The eggs were over cooked and needed extra sauce. These burritos used to be considered cheap and at over $10 a burrito, I’m not sure it can even classify as cheap.

Food was a lot better than I expected. Decently priced and large portion. The enchilada with the burrito was mostly tomato and peppers. Not much protein or cheese. Not really something I liked but it wasn’t terrible. Some more menu descriptions would be helpful.

I freaking LOVE Filiberto’s! Quick, easy and always tasty. I visit them periodically, and have found that some locations have the full salsa bar, with all the trimmings (hint, hint.. spicy pickled carrots!), and some don’t…. Some I’ve found don’t even have any salsa out. I know the pandemic caused issues, but c’mon! Get the salsa bars fully operational!

Stopped at Filiberto’s for the first time. As vegetarians, we ordered the cheese quesadilla and asked for 3 rolled tacos with just cheese. We ended up getting meat in our rolled tacos and the quesadilla was pretty bland. Might be a good option for meat eaters or with some of the veggie options on the menu!

Filibertos is a little expensive for not that great of Mexican food. I thought it was just the flagstaff location when I went. This location is expensive and average at best for food. Not sure of other Mexican food places in the area to compare it too since I am a truck driver and just passing through. I know other location I have been too atleast had a special everyday at a discount, not this location, possibly due to its fairly new location.

The food was actually pretty darn good. The service could be better though. During my stop, a young teenager (maybe 16) was working the register. He seemed to be a little confused, but made his way. I mean we all have to start somewhere. My 1 star deduction is because I requested a condiment in my burrito and got none. Although on my receipt, it does show that I was charged for it. Could be an honest mistake. Overall decent place for Mexican food and I’d happily stop by there again.

This place is in a good location but they just don’t listen to what you specifically want to order they give you what they feel like you should be eating they don’t take in your request even if you have food allergies so be careful when you order for this location.
