If I could leave a zero star I would. Went in for a quick lunch by default because another local restaurant was closed that day. We sat for 10 minutes before we were even greeted and that was because I had to get up to go find someone. There is no team work at the place what so ever. Other servers were walking by us. It was quite obvious we were looking for who our server was and the staff didn’t care. One server was sitting at a table with guests drinking! While others were sitting in booths on their phones, along with the host. I told our server we were in a rush and to send everything out all at once and the appetizer came out and 30 min later the food. I emailed corporate. They don’t seem to care. I don’t foresee this restaurant being open for too longe with the service they provide. I hope the whole chain goes under to be honest. It’s garbage. Don’t waste your time or money.

We ate in the bar area around 8:30 on Saturday. One of the only places not closing at 9. They’re open till 1am! The food was great, and our waitress was a sweetheart.

Was game 4 or 5 off playoffs so it was busy waited like 45 mins for our food and my burger was so rare for med/well I couldn’t eat it. The fries have so much salt that was all I tasted. The waitress did remove my meal since I didn’t eat any of it but a few fries.

I never expect too much from chain restaurants like this but the food was really really bad. The breading on the chicken fingers was extremely hard so I pulled it all off but then the chicken itself was so dry. I didn’t end up eating it. The sprite was good though. They gave me a cup so I could take it home.

I ordered a medium flat iron steak. It was tough, overdone with burnt sauce and toppings. Fried shrimp was rubber. Cheesy chicken cold veggies on an iron plate, Plastic wrapped cheese not even melted on the plate. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could.

The food was good, although it took a while to finally get it. I’m not sure, but they seemed to be short-staffed that evening. There wasn’t even a Host there to greet and seat us when we arrived. One of the Servers realized the Host was AWOL and stepped up and got us seated in a booth.
