I do a lot of business with this store and the food is always great! Always perfect? Of course not, they strive for it, but no one is. When I talk to any of managers about an issue, they always take care of it. They are always professional when politely talking to them. I’ve been in here when mean people have come in and have never ever seen an unprofessional response. That’s why I come back.

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery, called two times regarding delivery, when arrived it was cold, no marinara sauce for the provolone cheese wedges, no icing for the cinnamon twists and burned onions on the pizza! Zeppes Chardon in our opinion is notorious for their poor quality. We usually patronize Zeppes Newbury which is always excellent but due to being unable to drive chose Chardon, big mistake!!
