I liked the food but it was a little bit pricey for the portion size they give. I mean, it is very fresh and more or less perfectly cooked, with the right seasonings on it as well. What I ordered was essentially a barbecued chicken breast with rice and half an avocado, but the seasonings and the side ginger soy sauce they gave me elevated the food a bit. It would’ve been nice if they gave you one more side or something else to justify the $18 I spent, but for what it wasn’t bad. They did give me two whole chicken breasts though, so I definitely don’t feel ripped off.

I love the wraps. The gluten free wrap is one of the best gluten free items I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everything is so healthy. The wraps do taste so much better with the sauces added but every sauce I’ve tried has been delicious. The dishes can be pricey, but they keep me full for a long time so I feel the price can be justified. I do think the smoothies are bit too expensive for what they are but they are quite yummy as well. I prefer ordering delivery from here since I have found the service to be very slow and unattentive when I get takeout. But otherwise it’s one of my favorite restaurants in the area as far as food goes.

Turkey burger not tasty. Turkey burger tasted very bland , dry and it seems like other ingredients overpower the turkey. The Caesar salad was tasty. The carrot juice was not great. Overall the service was poor, no one came to check on us after food was served. Tip had to be paid ahead of time( not good). Sorry I really thought that the service would be better.

My husband and I tried Carrot Express for the very first time on Sunday, August 13, 2023, and we loved it. We went to the one located, in Coconut Creek inside of the Promenade. And my husband and I had the sweet potato fries with the green salad and the chicken Cesar wrap, man oh! Man was our meal amazingly good it was almost like my Father in heaven prepared that meal for us himself wow!!!!. And the inside of the restaurant was so clean and beautiful and the two cashiers who took our order and served us were so kind, gentle, and respectful I just loved those two young ladies. I asked for some ketchup for my fries and one of the ladies respectfully told me “ I’m sorry we’re all out of ketchup” My husband and I were like “Okay no problem” but guess what she did within 0.00 seconds, she came out with this sauce that was 100x’s better than any ketchup ever!!! made, my husband and I almost fell off our seats that’s just how amazingly delicious the sauce was and the green sauce we were given for our “Green Salad” was also amazingly delicious. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would have done so in a heartbeat because honey it is the place to eat when it comes to all your healthy eating needs and cravings Carrot Express is added to my list of “favorite restaurants” and I will be coming back because I am now hooked and in love!. Keep up the fabulous work everyone you all are doing a fantastic job and thank you so much for such an incredible experience. You all rock!!!! ❤️❤️

First time here with my mom and the staff was friendly, the food was fresh and well prepared. Hands down the best carrot cake I’ve ever had, WOW! The cilantro lime sauce is delicious and almost drinkable (lol). I met the owner and he was pleasant and thankful for our visit. I will be back!

A much welcomed fast casual lunch spot in the promenade. They seem to have hit their stride, ordering was easy in person. There’s a large menu with some core items: açaí bowls, salads, platters, and burgers of various meats such as salmon or turkey. It’s definitely a healthy food spot. The food was fresh and flavorful, though a bit pricier than comparable places. The benefit is you’re getting made to order food that’s seriously fresh, so it’s worth the cost in that respect.

Was recommended to try this place by a friend. I was impressed by the options as there were lots of yummy options to pick from but I decided to have the Ancient Grains Salad with falafel as my protein accompanied by an Almond Joy smoothie. My salad was really great! I loved the flavors, definitely loved the chickpeas mixed with the quinoa and avocado tossed with a very delicious lemongrass vinaigrette.

I am giving Carrot express a 2 this time because I just literally spent $16 on a Açai bowl that wasn’t even it’s regular size. I ordered to go and it tastes good but this is ridiculous. When eating at the store I get more quantity. I love your food but charging people a lot of money for barely anything is not okay.

This restaurant is very good but whoever puts the orders together in the bag has been seriously slacking this year. If you order extra dressings they often don’t put them in the bag and if you order a salad, they don’t give you any dressing, which they definitely used to. Nothing worse than a dry salad. This has happened to me several times in the last few months. It’s infuriating to say the least.
