Ordered a 36 nugget meal, and some of the nuggets were literally smaller than the tip of my finger, not sure how that passes as a “nugget”. The rest weren’t a whole lot bigger either. Food tasted good just really small portion.

Purchased what online menu said “8 piece bucket for 10.00” got home and noticed they charged us almost 19.00 dollars for it! My husband called them and they thought that price was for “online ordering only” well I can’t seem to find that quote online anywhere! Also the chicken nuggets I ordered were the nastiest ones I’ve ever tasted DRY AND TASTED LIKE THEY WERE REHEATED! Hastings Nebraska KFC NOT GOOD!

I ordered my family a family meal at KFC. I wanted all of our chicken ordered crispy and they told me that I could only get half of it crispy and half of it original. I asked them why? And they were very rude about it with me. I just drove away instead. Poor KFC management in my opinion.

They discontinued the cornbread muffins, green beans, and the family size chocolate cake. I used the drive thru, ordered my meal, get told sorry, we don’t have green beans anymore. :/ Ordered the chocolate cake expecting a family size one, as shown on the menu board, NO, GOT A LITTLE DONUT SIZE CAKE. When I asked the person at the window, they looked dumbfounded and said that is all they have. And it was almost $5.00 for a chocolate cake donut!? And the chicken is greasy. Everything usually does taste good, but… getting disappointed with them.

Date 8/21/22 6:30pm I’m going to start off with saying I’m a dasher and I was picking up a order and I just have to say that IM INSANELY IMPRESSED WITH THE GROUP OF TEENAGERS WORKING VERY HARD WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACES THEY ALL WERE DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!
