Probably the best BBQ I’ve ever had, and I’ve had out all over the country! Love that this is a woman owned business! The Porky Fries are to for die for and I could not finish a half order! Portions are generous and service is friendly and quick! If we’re ever in the area we will be back! Might be worth the drive from Hannibal!

Having my 18 wheeler fixed at shop across the street. Walked over and had me the Potato skins..delicious…and there Sampler meat platter…which was Awesome…big portions for an amzing price…20$…Mac and cheese was cheesy and beans were good. Shelby the server was attentive and her smile made my day. Plus food came out hot and in a timely manner. Will Def stop in when I am back thru here. Great spot.. just wish I could have some drinks and relax.

Just so you know, right off the bat, I do not like smoked meat, I love BBQ, but nowadays, BBQ must mean smoked. We have been here a few times. The first time, I ordered the mud slide and chicken strips, and everyone else ordered brisket and pork steak dinners. These last two plate dinners are supposed to come with Texas toast, but we never seem to get it. Brisket without bread, doesn’t even sound right. That mud slide was the best damn mud slide I ever ordered. Chicken was okay. Most of us loved the food. All I could taste was smoke. But I got to say I would recommend the Brisket it wasn’t that bad. Every time we come, we have to wait at least 30 min before being seated, no matter how many people. It’s always crowded for the atmosphere. They have Ski brand pop. Now, last weekend, we came down, and they had empty tables while we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The mud slides now are just ok they don’t come with the whipped cream anymore. I’ve had about 15 now since the first one. I ordered fish from now on with toast because hushpuppies are just ok. I am pretty disappointed about the mud slides. What happened to the cream? That was the reason why I agreed to come back here. The last two times we were here, the tables were sticky and filthy. I asked for extra sour cream and butter every time for the baked potato, and not once did I get it. Most times, I wouldn’t even get any sour cream. I always have to ask for it a few times before I get it. My advice is if you have to wait, leave.

Highly recommended! The food is fantastic, the service is great and the price is perfect! My wife and I ordered a combo plater, one Guinness each AND dropped a 25% tip. We left stuffed and only spent $34.55! You will not regret it! We only wish we had met the owner so we could beg them to open another place 30min north where we live (even have a location picked out for them). We will definitely be back again and again.

The baked beans were good and someone that got the pulled pork said it was good. I got the brisket and it was mediocre, very little flavor. Kids got a quesadilla and it was just a mountain of cheese in a tortilla, not very good.

Great food, great smoke flavor. Pork and ribs were fantastic, brisket was quite greasy, beans and potato were delicious!! Neat atmosphere, daily specials advertised on their Facebook page. Would definitely eat again if I’m in the area!!

Simply awesome. I had combo plate and all meats were delicious. Sides were great too. I had never been here before and was concerned since it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere and entrance hides the restaurant. But pulled in and there were cars parked everywhere. Great choice and hope to be back on my next trip.
