Definitely not what I expected for my first time here. Big disappointment . This place was not busy, yet we were not greeted as we came in. We had to sit ourselves down because no one came to assist us. Limited menu with barely any appetizers. Pizza was way over priced for what it was. Not to mention it took them a while just to make two small pizzas which didn’t even come out at the same time. They put so much cheese on it it leaves the bottom of the dough soggy. Service was overall terrible. They never asked if we wanted a refill until the very end when we were ready to pay. They were more concerned for their fellow Italians in the restaurant than us. I guess if you are Italian you will get better service. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever come back. There is so much better pizza restaurants than this. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.

One of the worst pizza restaurant experiences I’ve had. Awful made pizza with bad ingredients and terrible customer service. Raw bacon, missing or randomly substituted indigents. Tried to get a refund and was told I would get one but it’s been almost two weeks and no one answers calls or emails. Choose someone else.

It was late when we walked in. The staff was very nice and gave us a quick run down on the menu and how it works. I ordered half and half with the marguerita and the Napoli pizza. My husband got half pepperoni and the ham and pineapple. They were both smalls. We had enough to take back to the hotel with us. I can’t say enough about how good this was. Joaquin was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. If you get the chance go eat here. The price for the amount of food you get is amazing.

I ordered a pizza for pick up last night. Until then I liked Jimmys because the pizza was well stuffed but yesterday it didn’t come like that, when I got home the half pizza was cold and almost without stuffing! half of the pizza was edge and the other half had toppings. The attendant was super rude. I don’t know what was going on yesterday but it all sucked!
