I’m very disappointed with the service I received for my recent order. I placed an order online for delivery. I tracked my order, which said it had been delivered. Delivery driver didn’t knock on my door so I could receive my order in hand. The driver left my pizza on the doormat and I didn’t select contact free delivery. My pizza had been on my doormat for who knows how long. I called the store to explain what had happened. The manager didn’t seem apologetic about the situation. He even tried to argue with me saying that’s what they normally do. I’ve order from Marco’s several times and I have never experienced such poor service. I will not order from this location anymore. I’m sure it’s other pizza restaurants in the area with better service and quality.

Marco’s Pizza is always fantastic. They have the absolute best cheese pizza out of any pizza place, in my humble opinion. The only part about this particular location that is a little bit of a negative is that they have not been able to restore indoor pickup. The line for the drive-up window can be long, but they are pretty quick about getting you through it. Make sure to order online or through their app, so you do not waste time by having to pull up to order and then go around the building to pick it up.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery that never came (even thought the delivery location was walking distance from the store) then they wanted to tell me the driver tried to deliver to a home address. They wanted to be mad that I was angry at them, overall fun experience. Order from a different store to ensure your delivery driver isn’t too high, because you may never see your food lol

We made a call in order to Marco’s Pizza for a Large Pepperoni Pizza, Small Ham & Pineapple Pizza and ten regular BBQ bone in wings. We have ordered many times from Marco’s Pizza when we’ve has busy work days and didn’t have time or feel like cooking.

Pizza is not exceptional. Watery sauce with a flimsy crust. Not to mention the amount of grease that was pooled over the entire pizza. Not a bad pizza by any means and the garlic breadsticks were good, but other pizza offerings in the area are much better in my opinion. Especially for the wait time.

Great pizza, but awful pickup logistics. I waited in the drive-thru for 18 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Order was placed online to make things quicker. Not exactly sure why the lobby is closed and is being used for storage. Finally got to the window, where I still had a 6 minute wait for an order that had been placed 40min prior. Got the card receipt and they had the nerve to ask for a tip on a pickup order that took far too long. No tip for simply doing your job and providing no real service.

I ordered the large one topping special. When I received the pizza I was surprised to see a large Marcos pizza is about a medium size at most places. That was disappointing. I recall Marcos being a good pizza. Now it’s on par with another national pizza chain whose food I won’t order. Very disappointed…

This place is ridiculous. I ordered online to “save time, ” only to waste time. First, they won’t allow you to pick up inside, which I always prefer to a drive-thru. They force you to pick it up at the drive-thru to tell you your order isn’t ready and to wait out front. I counted five cars ahead of me that were told the same thing. My order, which was supposed to be ready at 7, took 30 minutes for me to get. When I called several times to cancel the order, no one picked up! Lastly, they were fully staffed, so there’s no way it should have taken this long or been this disorganized.
