I tried giving it a second chance after having bad service and bad food the first time. This time around I felt unwelcome and unappreciated, the cashier was very annoyed and bothered to help us and I even witnessed another customer get ignored. She has no pride and shows no enthusiasm to work in that environment or help customers. As for the food- I ordered a simple latte, and was met with a fully white drink that both tasted and looked like it had no coffee in it. When I asked for help she said that’s how iced coffee is and I had to get a shot of espresso but even then it didn’t really taste like restaurant quality coffee, my own house coffee taste better. I hope management will train their employees to have better work ethic and customer service, because their current state isn’t cutting it. I will not be customer after this experience.

I ordered the noodle soup and let me tell you! it’s not even hot and it tastes like it came right out of a can! I ordered raspberry tea they gave it to me warm with maybe about two ice cubes and it tastes horrible! looks nothing like picture they have for advertising!very dissapointed!!!

Food was pretty good. Can’t get passed the terribly rude employee that took our order, though. I showed her this pic of a dirty vent on the coffee machine and she stone-faced replied “yeah, I’ll get right on that.” Not exactly the service I expect after spending $50 to feed my family. Maybe her dad’s the owner or something. Who knows?

I have never had a bad meal here. I love the turkey sandwich, broccoli cheese soup, the coffee, and the overnight oats. It’s all so very good! The patio is a great place to enjoy your meal too. It’s covered and usually gets a nice breeze going through. I have sat out there with a cup of coffee and enjoyed a rain shower while catching up with an old friend. Update: Took the kids for breakfast…. They loved it!

Food was good (kinda expensive. got charged $4 extra just for strawberry syrup in my lemonade for a strawberry lemonade). service was so horrible. cashier was so rude and didn’t have patience at all and talked with an attitude. my friend asked the server for a fork but she got ignored and he just walked away. tables weren’t cleaned even though they weren’t even in a rush (also sticky).

The food was okay, the main issue was the service, the man who took are order with a black somewhat beard gave us the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and all we did was ask. Simple question. The person who took us are food ignored my friend when all they requested was another fork, will not be going again.

Fresh, fast, delicious. Food was amazing. Coffee was on point – iced and hot. Service was fast and friendly. I had the Anaheim Scramble sans bacon, (blasphemy!). It was even better than it looks. Oatmeal was a surprise contender for best-in-class, especially with the fruit mixed in. Hubs had old faithful with pancakes, eggs and bacon – it did not disappoint. Iced hazelnut cold brew was smooth and creamy. We’ll be back.
