Small four piece hot dog bread sandwich for an expensive price (it was a large sandwich). Super salty could barley eat only took a bite out of each side. Do not recommend! Don’t go or you’ll get high blood pressure.

A must go!! You have to go and taste this steak at the great steak. It is sooo good!! I loved the flavor and the fries!! So happy with the friendly staff and service. The store is clean and so nice. I will definitely return and next time get the chicken Philly!!! You have to go get one or two lol oh and they cater!!! Awesome!!!!

This was the WORSE steak sandwich I’ve ever bought cause after 3 bites I threw it away. The sandwich was basically steakums on a large hot dog bun. The meat tasted like it was freezer burned. There was enough grease to oil the engine in my car. I was so disappointed with this sandwich. The french fries were just as bad…soggy grease filled and nasty. Even the soda tasted like seltzer water. I suggest that the entire staff be retrained on how to cook a cheese steak. Total disappointment…never again. If I could this negative stars I would. And on top of all of that and spending $14 on a combo I’m still hungry.

The staff at Great Steak was comedic and polite when I got my food. The one lady was doing 3 positions and I appreciate her hustle and trying to get everyone’s order out (Naiyah) It is pricey considering the portion sizes.

The staff needs a retraining on the menu and an attitude adjustment. I ordered an Original Philly, which comes with Philly cheese (cheez whiz) and grilled onions. While waiting, I saw the cook putting provolone on my sub and I mentioned to her that it comes with Philly cheese, not provolone. She then proceeded to give me major attitude and condescendingly told me that all steaks come with provolone and that if I wanted Philly cheese I should have said so when I placed the order. I didn’t feel like arguing and just took the sandwich as is, but the menu clearly states the type of cheese that’s on each sandwich which is why I chose the sandwich that DIDN’T have provolone. First impressions are everything and I definitely won’t be coming back here if management thinks it’s acceptable that the cook makes the sandwiches according to her own personal preference and not what’s stated on the menu.

The first time my steak sandwich was a little salty but they are new so I tried it again and it was really good the second time, I also got cold stone and my mother got the blimpie which she loved. The staff was great. I will be returning.

Not only does the staff need training they need supervision they played with each other the entire time I waited for my order. They can’t multi-task I was seconds from walking out. Secondly I absolutely hate when a restaurant is lying about their menu U DON’T HAVE POTATOES stop telling them kids to lie and say it going take a hour

They really need to make the workers study the menu. They kept asking what I wanted on my sandwich and after repeatedly telling them verbatim and also saying several times that I want the sandwich exactly as states on the menu, my sandwich was still wrong when I got home. Provolone instead of American cheese and completely missing the lettuce and tomatoes!

My steak sandwich look like it was on a hot dog bun I had one piece of onion, one piece of bell pepper and two extra small mushrooms the fries seem like they weren’t cook. It was not worth the price I paid.

There needs to be a better system figured out with the potatoes because it is four times that I have gone now that they tell me I’d have to wait an hour for it and the one time I wasn’t told that I still waited about 15 minutes for my potato. AN HOUR wait for anything for a fast food place is wildly ridiculous.
