If you’re looking for steak, pasta, and other hearty food, Johnny’s is the way to go! Firstly, the service was snappy and attentive. Jackie was our waitress, and she did a great job making sure our table was taken care of. The restaurant has a distinct atmosphere to it – memorabilia of Frank Sinatra and The Rat Pack line the walls, giving the restaurant a sort of relaxed but classy feel to it. And of course, the food was great! My steak paired nicely with the cream sauce, and the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious! Well done!

I wanted to treat myself to a good dinner so I decided to stop at Jonny’s Steakhouse. I ordered takeout. I got the four-cheese ravioli and shrimp Rosa. The food was great I thought it could have been in bigger proportions, but all in all, it was good. It also came with a side salad. Take out you can pick it up at the bar.

Our server was excellent. Name withheld for privacy. She paid attention to how my steak was prepared and it was perfect. Very juicy steak. I had a 14 oz ribeye. Fried onion slices and a baked potato. All delivered hot. The prices at Johnnies in Madison are well worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

As a patron, I felt well received. Ambiance was on par for your typical steakhouse with high booths, dim lighting, and fairly well controlled noise. The server had just the right amount of presence; not too interruptive and there when I needed him. Steak was well cooked and tasted great. Portions left a bit to be desired and I left about $45 lighter and still craving more.
