So, huntersville is a great area, this store being old isn’t to bad however, the inside don’t get me started, the mix of vomit and pizza that I smelt last night was not at all appetizing… if we’re being honest neither was mr sleeves walking around with I hope dirt? On his head. It doesn’t take much when you’re in a very hot store and there’s only one employee wearing long sleeves to get what’s going on with that. Overall glad the pizza stayed down but not glad about the experience.

I love Papa John’s but the staff at this location is less than impressive. I do wanna shoutout the ladies working here though, who refunded my pizza without me asking due to the wait and who unfortunately have to work with this terrible crew of children. Placed a pick up order and was told it would be ready in 8-18 mins… got there in 15 mins and waited in the store for about 20 mins before being told it would be another 10 mins. Probably because they had at least two orders come back to have their wrong order remade. Again, the ladies on the staff were awesome – professional, helpful and kind. But the guys were jerks from start to finish. They must take their cues from the manager who was “too cool” to deal with customers. This place is laughable and a great example of how to run a business terribly. The ladies need a raise.

Don’t order anything extra other than a pizza for delivery. The square cardboard box. This place is managed like worse than FEMA. Consistently forget 2L sodas. Extra sauce… forgot. Extra peppers… forgot. Then blame it on doordash. Ask for the manager… they hang up.

Placed an order online for delivery, got a call almost two hours later lecturing me because they don’t deliver that far. A) you used to, I’ve lived in the same place for 10 years and B) if you don’t anymore, that’s a YOU problem for the order going through in the first place. Be mad at the system, not me. Didn’t appreciate the attitude of the woman (driver) that called at all. Just say it was a mistake and you’re unable to deliver that far. Don’t need to be taught a lesson for something that’s not my fault. It’s pizza, calm down.
