Worst management. Service way below satisfactory. Food orders came out wrong, half of it didn’t come out , finally they brought the other half and it was made wrong. Remade it wrong again. Had silverware with old dry food particles stuck on it. I addressed to the server, she replaced it with plastic ware. When the manager stopped by, I politely mentioned the silverware, she denied and made me look like I was a liar although other adult Saw that old dry rice on my fork too, so as the manger. She said all that was not true. Would never recommend that place. Worst management I have ever seen. I worked in restaurants a lot. And I am totally understanding. A smile apology would be enough, but being rude and denying the truth right to my face is unheard of.

Got the grilled chicken plate because I always seem to but this time the rice, which is usually plain, had carrots Peas and corn in it which was not very good. My sister got the quesadilla Carmen. I think it was and there was barley any cheese and it wasn’t even distributed into the quesadilla. My other sis got enchiladas and the lady wouldn’t even give her no red sauce and swap for white sauce. Sever kept say huh? what was that? And barley came by the table. Only thing worth it was the marg pitcher. Probably won’t go back for a while. Kinda disappoint.

Been coming here for Taco’s on Tuesday for a while and occasionally on weekends for other menus options. We came in on 4/11/23 and watched the manager ask a table who had already been served, to move so they could accommodate a large party. The table who was asked to move, asked if their drinks could be comped for the inconvenience and the manager declined. I overheard the whole thing and being in retail/customer service myself, I told the manager that comping that tables drinks would be the least they could do considering the money they would make off the large part would more than pay for their drinks. The manager walked away laughing. That is terrible customer service and I won’t be back. Never take a customer for granted.
