Brand new location is great. The people that work there are very nice. If you need a quick fast food meal, then this is a good place to go. I got the classic burger and a chili dog and they were all very delicious. I recommend you come and check it out.

Cold fries and rude service. Should have known not to go here with such low ratings. Some advise to the owners, hire individual’s who are not disrespectful and LAZY. This was the “large” fry. It must have been old for it to be cold. Went to McDonald’s and got a basket that was great!

If this is the Dairy Queen near Montgomery Bell, headed back toward Pegram, then I have the right location. My experience was not the best in regard to food service and customer service. I asked for gravy at the speaker and informed the drive thru teller it was not in the bag. She stated, “You didn’t tell me gravy. You said ranch and ketchup.” I thought her response was extremely rude and unnecessary seeing as she asked me to repeat my entire order multiple times at the speaker. A simple, “We will get that to you for x amount,” would’ve been a better response. When I worked fast food, we were told the customer is always right and to give them a good experience. Finally, the tenders I received were not fresh but the fries were.

The breakfast here is outstanding and costs so much less than other places. The service is excellent, everyone is polite and they care that we like our food. We started coming here about two months ago and love it!! Plus the blizzards are awesome!! They do a way better job than another DQ we went to.

The workers at this location are doing the best they can and their management was treating them TERRIBLY. Last night I witnessed the manager screaming at the kids like they stole his kidney. It’s hard enough to find good help but when you do, treat them better! Whoever the manager was last night needs to train his employees instead of yelling at them.

This is a great little place. We come from Dickson for breakfast once or twice a week. The manager is very friendly and good with her staff. The breakfast sandwich combo is like $4 and you can upsize the drink without a charge.

We purchased chicken salads the tomatoes were overly ripe and soggy. The lettuce was not crisp, soggy as well. It was Waste of money and was disgusting we will never eat there again.

Cold coffee with no cream that I asked for and look at this so called sausage and gravy biscuit, and it’s COLD as well!! No syrup or butter for my pancakes!! The place is just a MESS!! I’ll be taking my $15 dollar breakfast some place else….NEVER again at this place that serves you CRAPOLA!!!
