What a horrible experience at what I thought used to be a good spot to get some good “pizza pizza”. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, which I had already placed the order in the app. I get my pizzas, they smell good all the way home. But then I open to find raw dough pizza all smuched together, an over done thin crust and Italian bread that should have been taking out the oven 5 minutes or more earlier. This is so sad and will not be coming back to this place ever again, rather have a frozen cardboard pizza….

There’s this one guy working drive thru who is always rude/sarcastic and it’s off putting. I come in once or twice a month and I dread seeing him. Just give me the food and be nice it’s not hard.

Update. My first bad pizza. Too much dough, barely cooked in center, soft dough soaked up the little sausce that was on it. Even smelled different like burnt but not phyiscally burnt. I would have enjoyed a frozen pizza more….

A few of the new mgmt team are very nice, but the new mgmt overall must be terrible cause they have gone through 3 GM’s in about 1.5yrs that I’ve lived in the area. I think that speaks to the character of the DM and all the upper mgmt.

You can never go wrong with pizza on the fly on a budget with um. Too bad the pretzel crust is a limited menu items that pizza was the bomb and if my son hadn’t chose it I would have never known. But glad I tried it. Awesome

They close the lobby well before the drive-thru. You can forget picking up a quote hot and ready.” On this particular Saturday, they closed the lobby one hour before the drive-thru. Way too long of a line and a small parking lot and too long of a wait. Plenty of fast food options close by. I left. Better choice anyway because prior pizzas I have bought here have all had undercooked crust.
