All it takes is one bad experience to make one of your favorite pizza places one of your never again places. Ordered on a thursday night online, it said thirty minutes. I got there exactly at thirty minutes and the pizza wasn’t ready. Guy tells me it’ll be five more minutes. So I sit down to wait. Another customer comes in and another employee comes out and asks his name and he tells him another few minutes. 15 minutes later he comes out and tells the 2nd guy that his food is ready and I’m wondering where mine is. I stand up and my pizza is already in the hot box for who knows how long. This is what discourages people from leaving the preemptive tip on your website and I’ll never do that again. My classic combo has way too many vegetables on it. Son asked “why are there so many onions?” Edges are burned. The bell peppers are double stacked. Very frustrating

I’m writing this review to encourage Garrett and all the young men (and women if applicable). They are doing the best with what they have, they take pride in their work from what I’ve seen. In the last year or so it has gotten cleaner and the service has improved. For value, this place is a hidden gem for me. The teenagers I’ve dealt with have always treated adults/customers (me) with respect. So far I’ve never had to send food back but I trust based on the owner responses here and what I’ve seen that they would make it right. I always get pizza and rarely get pasta. I recently tried the boneless chicken wings and enjoyed the chicken and the sauce. Keep up the good work, guys.

I used to eat here often but $31 for a 12 inch pizza is just insane. I happen to know the approximate cost of these ingredients with experience in running similar restaurants. These companies are going to fail if they don’t get real with their pricing. This is just not worth it anymore.

Whatever you do, do not order food from here online! I placed an order and was not given a confirmation. I was informed that the website was not working and that they were not receiving the orders.. I recommend that the restaurant pause their online ordering to save people the hassle. I was not given a refund and was told that someone would contact me with help but nothing. Very very inconvenient!

Fettuccine Alfredo is disgusting! Tasted sour, fettuccine cut into tiny pieces and chicken too…looks and tastes like canned chicken. Very disappointing!! It was inedible. We both spit it out.

I ordered a large double dough pizza with 2 fries last night . I placed my order online almost 8pm. My whole family was hungry and just expecting our food to be here within 60 minutes. So around 9:00pm we were super happy to know it should be here any minute. Around 9:12pm I called no answer and two more times I tried to reach someone to ask about my order but no one answered. I checked online to see when they close and to my surprise they closed at 9pm. Food never came and no one reached out just took my money. I just tried calling again today but no answer!! Unacceptable
