For us, the food is worth the price. People at work say it is great food, I will say it’s good. It is their customer service program. I have ordered 3 x from there with hopes that things would improve. 1st time I ordered, I arrived and stood by the pick-up sign next to the bar. Waitress saw me and continued her thing. Stood there 5 more minutes, and still no one would acknowledge me. Another 2 to 3 minutes, and I had to ask for help. When I finally did get help, the same Waitress told me she did not see me standing there. Then they could not find my order. Finally, I got it, but she did not give me utensils or napkins. I was told you needed to request them on the app. On the 2nd visit, it went better. Still had to request utensils and napkins. Last night, I received their text, ” Your food is ready.” Arrive to pick it up. Most of the order is missing. I asked them to check the order because items were missing, and I was told, ” Everything is there. We made certain.” I had to show them my order because they had it wrong. 15 minutes later, they had my items ready, but no utensils or napkins.

Ordered online.. stuff was missing from our order but that’s not even that worst of it. Had the fettuccine alfredo (everything tasted old and like it was sitting out) and woke up in the middle of the night with SEVERE food poisoning. NEVER again will eat from here and will be letting others know too.

Way too crowded on any day this place was hopping like its Saturday on a Wednesday definitely be afraid to to put any personal belongings down mixed crowd. any way food is as good as any place else calamari tasted old very fish and gross subs are huge though. Too small of a venue for such a Loud band probably get orders wrong all the time and the staff talk like it’s your fault they can’t hear you. Quote time for pickup sucked our food was cold not even warm.

We’ve tried a variety of appetizers and entrees during our many dinners at Villa Maria’s. Each of us have our favorites but the one thing we all agree on is that they are all good and the portion size is very generous. When we can’t decide, we order different dishes and eat family style. For example, the steak is one of my favorites while my husband loves the seafood combo over spaghetti.

all other meals were quite tasty and live music allowed for a very good time i am told as i wasnt present and got a meal brought home and the shrimp/clam/lobster scampi sauce was extremely bland, couldn’t taste the wine nor the garlic aside other from that a decent spot

Our son is attending college so my wife and I drove up from New York to see him decided to try Villa Maria I’m so happy we did this place is like walking back into a New York neighborhood Italian restaurant in the 70s and 80s felt like I was home as soon as we walked in greated with a hey come in your right on time for dinner the atmosphere is just awesome and the people who work there all seem like family and made us feel like family when our food came out it was so delicious I thought my grandma was in the kitchen it was really authentic Italian cooking the owner came out and asked if we liked the gravy on our pasta that’s when I

My husband and I wanted to support a local restaurant and try something new so we got dinners from here. We are now lifetime customers and have ordered twice and will be getting again this weekend.
