I had a great experience with Taco Bell. I had went there a couple days ago during my lunch break and had accidentally left my wallet on the table. I was unaware that I left it and just assumed I may have left my wallet at home when I couldn’t find it the next day.

It is a RARE occasion that I find myself in Taco Bell. But my 17 yo daughter loves it so we stopped in today. Having to eat Gluten Free I ordered the Grilled Chicken power bowl which was customizable to my preferences and all done on the kiosk.

Ordered through the app so didn’t have much interactions with the staff, but I was SOO excited to get the taco pizza a day early and had been looking forward to it for a while…only to get as what can be described as a mess. As you can see there was MINIMAL tomatoes, the beef is only on one side (and not much at all on it) they didn’t even cut it so I had no way to properly eat this because they didn’t provide any silverware. Let’s just say expectations was severely let down

I have held back this review for some time. This is my local TB and it saddens me that this is the worst I have been too in this area. Over the last 3 visits there have been huge mistakes in my orders. Last time through the drive thru they even gave us someone else’s order (something we did not notice before arriving home). This time I had a double steak burrito with half steak all smashed on one side of the burrito and also made mistakes with additions to 2 other items (sour cream). This is the unfortunate truth. I would recommend heading to the 1604 location instead.
