I ordered a beef and cheddar meal, I kid you not, my fry was only half full, like they were snacking on it before they gave it to me. I open my beef and cheddar and ALL the cheese is literally on the wrapper… NEXT to the sandwich, not on it. Everytime I go there 9 times out of ten they do not have Apple Turn overs, this time she had to “check to make sure” they have them. I have learned, I do reviews a lot in BG and one thing I know for sure is the these people rather tell me they are out of something rather than take the time to make it and restock.

I normally don’t get take out from Arby’s, but I really like fish sandwiches. So for the past couple of years I have been wanting to try one. Well today, I had some time and decided to get one. I spent $39 worth of food. Before I left the restaurant. I looked in the bag and pulled out one of the fish sandwiches. I was so cold that even the breading had a rubbery texture. So I checked the rest of my food. All of it cold!! Not even the bag felt warm. I called on my way to my daughter’s and spoke to the manager. All he could say was, “I’m sorry your food was cold. ” I said are you not going to do anything to correct the problem. All he could say was, “Well” I then hung up. I will never buy food from Arby’s.

I normally never go here. But it’s been a few years and we decided to give it a go again. They were very busy for lunch which, so I was apprehensive… I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich combo meal with a large curly fry. What I got was some beef and cheddar type deal so that was wrong but I ate it anyways since I was in a rush. The food was hot and the sandwich actually tasted fresher than normal probably due to the fact that they were busy. I don’t know if I’ll go back anytime soon maybe in another 5 years. If you’re a lover of this chain then yeah go here and grab a sandwich.

I tried the new Brisket bacon thing and unfortunately it was horribly dry and unfavorable, the fries ( crinkle cut ) were cold and hard , probably from sitting too long. If the time expires on foods that have sat too long just toss em , corporate understands that there’s going to be waste but they would rather have their customers happy instead of never eating there again because the workers decided not to waste old cold food!

3rd time is not a charm. I will not be giving this Arby’s anymore of my money. They can’t ever get the order right. Missing cheese cups. Missing bacon on a chicken bacon Swiss. Then this is the second time I haven’t gotten not fully cooked chicken that literally made my stomach hurt afterwards without bacon… Again. I’m done. Train the employees better or give them a raise. I don’t know at this point
