Horrible the wait time was ridiculous, I don’t do many fast food for dinner but it was late I wanted some tacos . Well move it was over 20 plus minutes & I hadn’t had my order taken. I saw the cars behind me go inside the other car I don’t know if they went inside or left. Very disappointing to have to wait. Then I saw a sign they were hiring. I get it when COVID came ppl are not working. My greeter was nice. My food was really good, except 2 tacos were broke. I hope I don’t have a craving for a year hopefully by then they will be fully staff.(pictures not the best) wow on ground

Well let me tell ya, I try to be positive but wow, this was such an irritating experience. I wish I hadn’t went in! Every surface in that store was filthy! Floor looked like it hadn’t been moped in a month of Sundays!! Counter. Pop machine, tablestops, walls, all nasty. The sink in the Dining Room was a thick green mess! Never saw a Manager anywhere in the front of the store the whole 20 to 25 minutes I waited. The 2 workers upfront were too busy on their phones or checking them to sweep or clean. To top it off my order was missing 3 items and had to ask twice for them to get it right. Very disappointed .

Today, I decided to order some food from Taco Bell using their online application. After placing my order, I arrived at the restaurant and informed the attendant that I had made an online order. He directed me to pull to the front. While waiting for my turn in line, I noticed the car in front of me had a dog poking its head out the window. The Taco Bell attendant interacted with the dog, petting it outside of the drive-thru window. Following this, I observed that the attendant did not wash his hands. The situation was exacerbated when the attendant touched the inside of my cup, filled it with ice, and then scratched his arm over my open cup. At this point, I requested that he cancel my order and provide a refund. Incidents like these discourage me from dining out. I advise everyone to monitor their food and the individuals preparing it. I also noticed that the attendant was not wearing gloves during this exchange. It was a very unsatisfactory experience.

I just hit the drive-through at this location. I intentionally drove all the way out here because the Taco Bell in front of the Meijer that just opened up, which is closer to my home, often messes up my order. Just went through the drive-through and ordered a box with two extra tacos. I was handed the box and I asked were the two extra tacos in there? Their response was everything’s in the box so I drove away. Guess what? extra tacos were not in the box. I’m getting tired of never getting what I order at Taco Bell.

Been in drive thru line for 45 minutes before getting our food. Meanwhile, the inside of the food prep area looks like this. The cleanliness of this facility is SEVERELY LACKING. If I hadn’t already paid, I would leave. I’m just praying that we don’t get sick!

Went through earlier this week. All i ordered was a crunchy taco and chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. Everything was good, except the fact that they didn’t grill my burrito. Nor did they put any chipotle or ranch on it. Would’ve been 5stars all around. I didn’t have time to go back and have them correct it, as I had to get to work and was already down the road when I bit into it and noticed.

Can not manage to get an order correct! Nacho bell grande missing the cheese. The crunch wrap Supreme is soggy and missing the sour cream. Chilli cheese burrito has chicken in it, since when??? When called to complain about the messed up food, the rude boy that answered the phone wanted to argue about it rather than fix their countless mistakes. Sad that the service here has gone down, we are regular customers! Hopefully someone from corporate sees this, since calling was pointless. Time of visit 2/22/21 between 5:45-6:15 pm.
