Employees in the back playing and eating food in the cooking area. Food wasn’t finished till 30 minutes after it was supposed to be according to our app. Pizzas were supposed to be the $9.99 Fanceroni, only got the normal hot n ready pepperoni. It took so long the first time, I didn’t even consider going back in to get what we actually ordered.

The owner should be ashamed! If I had the money to franchise I’d make sure I had quality employees. I feel bad for the ones that work there and tough it out. I went to get a simple Peperoni Pizza and it wasn’t “hot and ready” as ADVERTISED! The lobby was closed as usual, because they cannot keep anyone working there. What does that mean? Poor management! Period! Informed me they had NO pizzas ready and there would be a 12 minute wait. they had a very long drive thru lane. I waited ten minutes to be told I’d have to wait 12 more. That’s 22 minutes for a pizza that is advertised to be hot and ready, but never is. I will be informing corporate. This place needs closed down.

Service is horrible, the lobby was closed, drive through was packed with people just putting in their order so anyone who ordered and paid online had to wait. Employees don’t wanna be there and there is a either severe lack of management or management is just as pathetic as the pizza they serve. Go to pizza hut or dominos save yourself the trouble.

It’s weird there are no longer promotional offers posted. I am not usually one to complain but 23$ for 2 pizzas and a breadstick. I think is a bit much when little ceasers used to be an affordable option. I understand the prices going up but not long ago these pizzas were 5$ and again nothing was posted outside for the drive through.

Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for my pizza. when I asked for a refund they refused to give my money back. Saying they don’t give refunds. Finally got our pizza. got home ready to eat opened the box pizza was burnt. Should’ve just gone to pizza Hut. safe to say we will never order from little Caesars again.

Little chasers used to be an alternative. cheaper pizza cheaper price. 5 doller hot and readys.wasnt the best pizza but worth 5 bucks and 41 cents now a pep is almost 8 dollars lol i can get a 2 topping pizza from dominoes or pizza hut for cheaper then that and pick the crust,seasoning,and sauce, now it’s just a waste of money. You can get better pizza for a cheaper elsewhere.
