I need someone to help me figure out why it’s ALWAYS an hour+ wait when you order here. And it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it’s always an hour+ wait. And what’s interesting is when I walk in, it’s dead. Half the staff is just sitting down in the dining room on their phones. How can it possibly be an hour+ wait for your food to be made when it’s DEAD. Then whenever you get your food, it’s not made right. The sauce is wrong or the chicken selection is wrong. They faithfully and consistently get my order wrong. I’m not sure if reading is difficult or if following directions is difficult but it’s always a problem at this location. It’s very unfortunate because I love Wingstop food but this location is an absolute abomination. Will the owners ever make proper adjustments? Probably not. It’s been this way for a long time. Really sad. Really unfortunate. Really embarrassing. Really ridiculous.

Just want to say that the manager (African American lady) was awesome and very tentative. I ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived. People have to realize that this is a very busy establishment, it will obviously take a bit to get your food if you order in store, but my food has never been late when I’ve ordered online. The WingStop team consisted of nothing but African American ladies, and they all looked like they were working hard. I was here months ago and it was a bit of a mess but it has definitely improved with the new manager, I wish I caught her name.

If you have time and want to spend it here, then go. Otherwise, don’t bother. I ordered and I was okay with until 2/3 people who ordered AFTER me, received their food before me. Then, myself and another customer asked how long the order would take, and the lady at the pick up side just ignored us. The supposed manager did nothing to address the unprofessionalism of her staff. I was definitely less than my pleasant self but it’s unprofessional and disrespectful to ignore your customers. Better customer service would have been to acknowledge they were a little behind or an order was going to take a little bit longer to prepare. Simple.

My One Star is solely based on this location off Roxboro/Duke St. I have always had great service from South Durham and the Cary location that I frequent. The service here is horrible and there is always a problem. This last experience made me finally give up. I placed an order online and I walked in the place during the suggested window for it to be ready (about 23-25 minutes).. I waited in line to let them know I was there. I waited an additional 30-35 minutes (at this point about 1 hour after I originally placed the order). People in line placing brand new orders were getting their food before me. There was even a Papa John’s Pizza guy that came in and received his order before me (I think they were just trying to hook him up with free food). I checked in several times and they kept saying that they were working on it. I spoke to a guy that I think was the manager on duty and all he could say was “do I want some free French Fries”. As if I wanted to stand there another 5-10 minutes letting my food get cold for some free fries that would probably taste bad. I will never return to this location again. If you are in the area….I highly recommend going to Heavenly Buffaloes off W. Markham!!! There food is always on point and better quality wings.

I cannot write a detailed review because I did not have an opportunity to order or eat food here. I was visiting family at Duke Regional and had not eaten dinner. I recalled seeing Wingstop on my way to the hospital and decided to try it. I had heard good things from friends in Greensboro. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and was told that they don’t take walk-in orders. I had checked on the hours of operation, but saw nothing saying online orders only.

Horrible!!! We put an order at 9PM. It is currently 11:45PM and we STILL have yet to get our food. Though we ordered through DoorDash OUR ORDER SHOULD STILL BE PRIORITIZED. One hour would’ve been okay but almost THREE hours and counting is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never again. They lied to our dasher telling him it was getting bagged when they still hadn’t even lifted a finger to prepare our order Also they ran out of the sauces I requested

Most chaotic, slow, and unruly places I’ve been. Staff won’t stay off their phones long enough to make anything, snap at you when you ask about an order, and in the hour I waited I never witnessed anyone wash their hands. Actually while waiting I watched a women in plain street clothes walk into the back and make her own food and leave. I really don’t know what is going on here
