Ordered pozole & shredded beef and chicken grillers. Pozole is packed with flavor, loaded with chicken, hominy and fresh home made ingredients. It was a little on the spicy side for my taste buds but remarkably delicious. I could taste the tomatillos, garlic, onions, and chiles. They forgot the lime but it’s all good. The burrito grillers came with a side a dipping red sauce. The heat was mild and house flavors noted. I recommend not ordering the chicken as it’s dry. Overall great experience! Friendly & clean establishment.

Can’t give a rating on the food because I wasn’t served. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes with my credit card in hand and made eye contact with at least 2 employees who couldn’t be bothered to take my order. It was not crowded or busy at/around 8:15 pm.

A little disappointed ! Not as tasty as my memory serves me! Chicken was just “Okay” and lacked the seasoning, flavor, and juiciness that it once had, say about 10 years ago. The chili and salsas were still fairy good flavored and spicy. However the Pico de Gallo and the Coleslaw were not fresh at all, probably now out of a bag or a canned product. And the rice was over cooked as well. Too bad, I really had fond memories of getting some El Loco Pollo!! Well at least my pics good (lol)!

Disappointed in quality of food. Loved this place in the 90’s. Chicken was cold and tough, beans had no flavor. Guy at counter didn’t offer any sauces. I returned a hummingbird size wing and they threw it back on grill.

Been to this location before was very good with the staff in past, this time was horrible!!. The chicken was bland, over cooked. 3 piece meal and literally got 3 bites out of all that. Rice was dry, and corn was undercooked. For as much as they charge you think they would do better. Tried call and they hung up soon as found out was a complaint. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!

Very disappointed I usually come here about 2-3 times a week, order my usual with mash potatoes with gravy I have ALWAYS gotten big servings on my mashed potatoes and today I got this instead and when I asked why they told me I could pay for more and for gravy too! Never have I had this problem nor have I been charged for gravy! Pollo loco please do better!!!!
