So I arrived at this location to purchase a 8pc spicy breast and thighs only. Just the chicken simple. They always seem to be out of breast and thighs. The cashier statement to me”i caught her just before she cashed out her drawer. Then said she can only give me thighs and wings. So I agreed. Then come to find out she charged me and gave me 7 pieces of chicken… instead of the 8pc meal I was charged. Service is poor. They made 4 large chicken boxes for employees handed them off before I got my food I waited 25 minutes as well. When she said chicken is a 10 minute wait. Pathetic. Close this location down. Also chicken was soaked in Greese

Food was good. Ordered a family meal with two sides. The fries were the equivalent of a large fries and only 2 eats of corn. Definitely not enough for 3 or more people. Not worth 32.00.

Got my order wrong. Asked for a 12 piece and was charged for a 16 piece. I wanted spicy and of course they were out. The place was filthy. Perhaps the guy outside on his phone should have been cleaning.

Honestly everything was mid. Fries were lukewarm, biscuit was cold, chicken was bland. By far the worst thing was the sweet tea. It tasted rancid, it was so old.

Don’t know what has happened. I drive past another Church’s, a Kentucky fried and a Popeyes just to go to this (the best) Church’s. The breading fell off in layers like the chicken was coated and fried twice. It was overcooked, dry and tasteless. Not a total loss, dog still likes it.

Was good, we went because my mother in law wanted Church’s for Mother’s Day. The only thing wrong was that the speaker on the drive-thru made it almost impossible to understand the worker. She was very kind and patient with us, though.
