I’m so sick and tired of trying to get a hot quick breakfast after I take my kids to school. Only to keep getting dried out burnt biscuits. The receipt machine in drive thru been broke since last year so no proof of purchase. Never answer the phone to call in about complaints. This doesn’t make any sense. Bk used to be better than any fast food. But this location makes me question my own judgement. I had to eat my breakfast with no biscuits today. This not the first time. But will be last time. McDonald’s down the street. I don’t like them but at least the biscuit is soft everytime I venture over there

Usually order on the app and they hardly ever get the order correct. I has gotten to the point were I order the burgers plain and add condiments when I get home. Also, the man working the drive thru window is so extremely rude, I’ve seriously considered changing locations for my business!!

I went to the drive-thru. Workers were friendly and there wasn’t too long of a wait. The food was what was expected and the order was prepared correctly. The only negative as far as I’m concerned is that I had to ask for my receipt and when I did they couldn’t produce it stating that there was a problem with their machine. For most that’s probably not an issue; however, I happen to think that it’s good customer service to automatically give the receipt whether it’s requested or not and if for some reason that cannot be done, the customer should probably be advised of that upfront and not at the end of the transaction. However the young man working the window was very polite and offered to take my phone and take a pic of the transaction as it appeared on his machine. While there was nothing particularly outstanding about my visit here, there was nothing glaringly negative either and pretty much the customer service outweighed the one negative and for this reason I will definitely go there again.

I gave a one star for customer service for Luis Rodriguez working drive through at 11:38am Sunday April 2,2023 at Burger King at Lake June and Masters he had a very smart mouth when asking a question about the meal size and when I ask for the corporate number he tell me it’s online and he refuse to take my order.

Very very disappointed. My burger was SO sloppy and I needed a napkin to wipe off the enormous amount of ketchup and mustard. The bun was hard on the top and bottom, but the insides were so soggy! I asked for regular ketchup and mustard… if this is their normal amount, I’ll be sure to specify minimal next time.

Worst service the afternoon drive thru dude needs to be moved from the window he gave me 3 dirty cups with his dirty finger prints all over them. Does he not wash his hands before serving someone their food ? I think corporate should be involved or the health department for the unsanitary issues
